COVID-19 Updates

In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.

Hospital Procedures

It has been a challenging year, and we appreciate your cooperation and patience. With cases on the decline and vaccinations on the rise, Scottsdale Cat Clinic would like to welcome our clients back into the building.

For clients who chose to come into the exam room with their cats, we ask that you follow these safety protocols.

  • Only one client per exam appointment inside the clinic.
  • Technician appointments will continue to be curbside for now.
  • Masks are required inside the clinic. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one for you.
  • When you arrive, please call to let us know you are here. When we have your exam room prepared, we will bring you from your vehicle directly into the exam room.
  • Please remain in the exam room for the duration of the exam appointment. If you need to leave or use the restroom, please let us know and we can assist you.
  • While in the exam room, please maintain a respectful distance from the veterinarians and technicians.
  • When the exam appointment is nearing completion, a staff member will take payment from you in the exam room.
  • When the exam appointment is finished, a staff member will escort you to the parking lot.
  • For those clients unable to comply with these guidelines, or who prefer to remain outside the clinic, we will happily continue to offer our curbside service. Food orders, medication refills and retail products will still be filled only via curbside service. Supply chains are still experiencing periodic delays. Please call ahead to make sure we have your item in stock.

We are thrilled that our collective progress in fighting this epidemic has made this step possible. Please remember that these guidelines are in place to provide you the best possible service while keeping our staff, our clients, and our community safe. We appreciate your continued patience and cooperation during this next phase of “re-opening.”
